Salsa
4 large tomato
1 small yellow onion
5 cloves garlic (or more if you like yummmm)
lime
salt
cilantro
jalapeno
Score tomatoes and boil them along with jalapeno until the skin starts to peel. Cool off in icy water and peel off skin. Squeeze out seeds and other random junk from inside tomato. Combine, tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, garlic and salt in blender and blend away, (add more salt as necessary) Add a small handful of cilantro and a few squeezes of lime. Pulse blend a couple of times.
I like to make this either with red tomatoes or tomatillos (green tomatoes). I also make a lot of it, add it to mashed avocado, and add a few splashe'd of tapatio sauce for some of the best guacamole known to mankind. I've served it to men before, and I've watched them weep from joy.. really amazing.
